Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Wise Itinerary:

• Supabase — authentication and trip data storage
• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Google Gemini — used alongside our automated planning logic to generate itineraries. Trip details you provide (destination, dates, preferences) are sent to Google Gemini to help create your itinerary.
• Komoot Photon — location autocomplete for destination search
• Web3Forms — contact form delivery. When you submit the Contact form, your email address and message are sent through Web3Forms to reach us.

Local Storage

Trip data may be stored in your browser's sessionStorage or localStorage for convenience, so you can access your itinerary without being signed in. This data stays on your device.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

No Tracking

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or tracking pixels. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.

Payments & Credits

Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable. Credits are used to generate itineraries and access premium features. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

Contact Form

The Contact form on our homepage is powered by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. By submitting the form, your email address and message are transmitted through Web3Forms to reach us.

Affiliate Links

Itineraries may include booking links to third-party services such as Booking.com, GetYourGuide, and Skyscanner. These may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of the third-party service.
